Our Independence and Our Incentives

Every review site has an incentive. Most hide it in a footer. Ours is the first heading on this page, because a reader who knows where the money comes from can read everything else properly.

The incentive

We are an independent affiliate publisher. If you buy JellyTide through a link on this site, we receive a commission from the seller at no additional cost to you. That is our only revenue. We are not the manufacturer, we are not the official store, and we have no relationship with the brand other than that commission.

What the incentive would push us to do

It would push us to publish glowing quotes, to invent a crossed-out price so the current one looks like a rescue, to promise a result in two weeks, and to skip the part where the ketone content is measured in milligrams. Naming those temptations is the point: each one has a corresponding rule below.

The rules that answer it

• No testimonials of any kind. No customer quotes, names, locations, star ratings or review counts appear on this site, because we cannot verify them.
• No former price. Where we cannot confirm what the store regularly charges, we publish the current price alone — no strikethrough, no savings total.
• No promised timeline. We tell readers to plan for eight to twelve weeks, which is a slower and less attractive answer than the one that sells.
• No dose we cannot see. A proprietary blend total is reported as a total, with the split described as withheld.

Why the timescale gets its own rule

Body weight moves a kilo or two on water, salt and sleep alone, and the effect being discussed here is much smaller than that. A fortnight of scale readings answers a question nobody asked. We would sell more bottles by implying a fast result; instead we say plainly that a fair trial is two to three months, and that one bottle is thirty days.
